FOR CHURCHES

Your church was made to send.

You preach the Great Commission. Your people pray for the nations. Perhaps you desire to be a missional congregation. But, when a church member says, “I think God is calling me,” what happens next?

Too often, they leave for an agency that doesn’t know your church or your people. The commissioning feels hollow. The relationship fades. And the church is left wondering what partnership even means.

MCN exists to change that story.

How MCN is Different

MCN doesn’t recruit your members. We deepen your missional DNA & strengthen your sending capacity.

Most mission agencies operate independently of the local church. They identify candidates, train them, deploy them, and care for them—with the church as an afterthought at best and a funding source at worst.

MCN was built on the conviction that this model is broken. The local church should be central in mission: in discernment, commissioning, support, accountability, and pastoral care. It’s why MCN and its sending arm GEN12 were designed as separate entities—so that your church’s role is never bypassed.

How We Serve Your Church

Mission Awareness

We bring mission to your congregation through seminars, courses, and Bible studies that embed God’s heart for the nations into everyday discipleship. Not as an add-on programme, but as an integral part of your church’s life.

Leader Development

When members of your church sense a call to deeper engagement, MCN’s pathway provides structured formation—from courses through Angaza School and internships—with your church involved at every stage.

Sending & Care Support

Through GEN12, your church doesn’t just wave goodbye. You commission, support, and share in the care of missionaries who are your people, serving in your name, among unreached communities.

How Partnership Looks Like

We come to you.

Invite MCN to run a mission awareness event or course at your church. No commitment required—just an open door.

We identify next steps together.

As members engage, we walk with you to discern the next steps: who might be called to deeper formation and what church structures need developing to send —as a team, not as outsiders..

We form together.

If members enter MCN’s pathway, we journey together. You’re not outsourcing discipleship or training—you’re extending and participating in it.

We send together.

Testimonials

My journey with MCN began in November 2025 when our church, hosted the MCN facilitated KAIROS Course. The course opened my eyes to God's heart for the nations and challenged me to perceive missions as a key responsibility of every believer. I thereafter joined the MCN Network as a ministry partner. Through the inspiration and practical guidance received from MCN, we have established a Missions Team to champion the church's missions’ vision. The team will undertake a maiden mission field outreach to Marsabit County from 28th to 30th August 2026, marking an important milestone in our church's commitment to reaching the unreached ...

Awareness is one of the most important Missio Dei Principles: first, to acknowledge that we were born rebellious and the need to accept Jesus Christ as both Lord and Saviour. I'm born again and a follower of Jesus Christ. Secondly, awareness to know that found people ought to find others. I tried to but lacked the know-how. Not until I was trained by Kairos, alongside University of Nairobi Students. I soon travelled to Nepal 🇳🇵, Asia, and practised what I learnt. It has been very fulfilling. Since then, I have had CITAM Clay City and Nakuru members trained and gone for missions to Northern Kenya and Lubumbashi DRC, respectively. Now, it is the Coast Region. By God's Grace, the harvest of souls is now efficient, given the training in Kairos. I encourage you to enrol and be sharpened for your neighbourhood, regional or international evangelism.
