Ministry Story

Transformed Lives in a Remote Village

Prayer is God’s idea and His invitation is for us to participate in His purposes. Scripture both invites and commands us to pray, and Jesus Himself linked prayer to the advance of the gospel (Matt 9:38). The early church in Acts of the Apostles demonstrates that every major movement of mission was birthed and sustained through prayer.

Prayer is a posture of dependence and humility, an acknowledgement that we are not enough and that we need God. When we pray, God moves for the glory of His name. Prayer with fasting deepens this dependence, silences the self, aligns us with God’s will, and strengthens us to overcome spiritual barriers.

God desires the worship of the nations, and He invites us to co-labour with Him through intercession. In the urgency of world evangelisation, we are called to concerted, consistent, Kingdom-centred prayer.

During this season of Ramadan, we want to challenge you to intentionally pray for Muslims. We pray alongside them and for them, that they would come to the knowledge of Christ, the Truth.
